Sorry, I’ve only just seen this post. We are currently getting quotes and now the problem is trying to compare apples with apples, not oranges. Another post gave a link to a possible by-law which was helpful. Then of course it raises the question of “so we have pictures of people doing the wrong thing but how do we identify the culprit?” Somewhere I’ve read of someone using the tack of posting pictures on the noticeboard in the hope of shaming the problem causer and thereby reducing the problem. With people too lazy to open the bin room gate to put rubbish inside a bin, dropping litter wherever they are, dumping packing material or builders rubbish inside the bin room for the OC to organise its removal, using visitor parking for the second car, not bothering to park the car all the way in the garage because of rubbish in the back, using the garage for storage and parking the car in a visitor’s spot right down to using the fire hose to wash their cars. Any wonder we need cameras.
