      Hi,

Living together is certainly a challenge when many different people share the resources.  Normally, talking through problems and openly discussing them should be a way to find solutions.

But, not always. Here is what I have gone through at my place. [Link removed here as it the material is potentially defamatory. If you want to defame individuals and companies, do it on your web page, not mine. -JT]

But, since I became suspicious of their actions, I uncovered many other wrongdoings.  The problem is: majority of owners are passive, 50% of them are investors who are never getting truthful information (I cannot get to them because their details are hidden by the managing agent), and those that support the aging EC (most of them are in their 70-ies and 80-ies) are very organised not to allow any talks at meetings.

The original managing agent realised things were getting wrong for him and he “suddenly” retired in April 2011. The new one (who is very good friend with the old one) is not much better.

The biggest problem is to publish information that can reach all owners. And to get the EC to provide thruthful minutes of the meetings and answer legal questions. Take a look at one example: for more than a year now I have been asking about the exact amount, maturity dates and the term depost rates for our funds. It took the managing agent and the committee a year to provide the amounts BUT not rates or maturity dates. Even such a simple questions is not answered.

I can write a book anout the events here. Sadly, even at the CTTT (I attempted to go through it) told me openly they were overwhelmed by the amount of information I provided. It looked as though they did not have the time or skills to differ facts from fraud.

Any comments from the forum?  I am planning some other actions now. The advice to ask owners to be more active will not work. People that are not “part of the gang” are not willing to participate, although their money and investment is at stake.
