      Our New SP has 4 lots only – SP set-up November 2011. 3 owner occupied, 1 tenanted.

      Brief Overview:

      The terrible smoke’n’mirrors work practices re everything to do with our tiny strata, the incompetent, lying and dysfunctional SM given notice Jan ’14.

      So much to tell but will stay with EC. Secretary

      My husband had been Secretary since SP set-up @ 1st AGM.Resigned after a few months due to erstwhile SM’s dysfunctional work practices, no other members notified. After 4 months I contacted SM about vacant position.  She sent me a ‘nomination’ form….(no other members sent nomination forms). I nominated myself as Secretary which SM ignored.(I emailed my resignation when I realised that no one knew that I was, (or not), Secretary.

      AGM Feb ’13 Secretary elected, however, “not interested and don’t know much about strata”;(proving that,perhaps, nomination was not correct)!

      Eventually we gave SM notice and employed new Company.

      1st March ’14. New SM seemed ‘right’ for us, however, after 2/52 went on vacation and resigned from Company never to return!

      2nd new SM has advised elected Secretary has resigned and we are advised that letters regarding resignation in post; just received letter today, calling for ” “written nomination to fill sole Executive position, (casual vacancy), until next AGM”.

      Lot 1 = US; lot 2 erstwhile Sec; Lot 3 not interested; lot 4 not interested.

      Your advice would be much appreciated.
