The non-residents having seen our empty car parks ( close to public transport so not many residents have cars ) started to permanently park their cars in our car park. At first, only the opposite neighbours ( they have their own garage but enjoy our car park more ) with 2 cars, now another 2 neighbours (also with their own garage) a little further away also started to park their cars their permanently 24h/d, 7 days /week. My visitor can’t park in my spot because it is parked by another resident whose spot is illegally occupied by non-resident. I contacted the strata manager ( just email, not a formal complaint – Melbourne, Victoria) to ask the owners corporation to install a chain fence or security fence but the EC has refused. What can I do ?
