Hi,
Does the new rules in NSW requiring atleast 75% of owners to vote yes to sell apply if the strata plan is 20 years old?
If the answer is no. Does it require 100% of owners to vote yes to sell.
The strata i’m in has developers interesting in buying the entire common property.

Yes it does.
I assume the developers want to buy the lots as well, otherwise there isn’t much point ????
