The cleaner engaged by the OC to clean the common property is continually trespassing on the lot. He has caused damage in the past, and I had to argue with the OC about paying for the repairs. I don’t want or need him on the premises.
Obviously he is authorised to be on the common property, but he has no need to use my lot for access to anything that needs attention. On one occasion after I complained he came onto the terrace and blew rubbish under the front door, so he clearly resents being told to keep off.
I send a message to the managing agent each time it occurs, and the managing agent sends an email to the cleaner. So far that is the only action I have been able to generate, and it isn’t adequate.
What options are available to me to more effectively enforce the ‘no trespassing’ rule?
