A few Taswegian strata owners are getting together informally to share information and experiences of strata life in Tasmania. We are looking for more people to join us!
Strata law and administration is fairly rudimentary here in the Apple Isle but the State government initiated a review process a few years ago and the first tranche of a series of legislative improvements may be about to be released. We want to be ready to respond as informed strata owners and dwellers.
