Here we go again. The dance of the visitors car parking spots. New owners have moved in. They have made themselves quite comfortable parking in the visitors car spots. But hey, they have just moved in, give them a chance to unpack. But they were looking mighty comfortable. It transpires that when they moved in they asked another owner what the story was with the visitors spots. Owner replied they were monitored and action taken so don’t do it (ironicly this owner had just been busted by me making use of the same visitors car spots recently). The new owner answered that he didn’t care, he would use it anyway, it was too far to walk to the street and besides they had two cars and only had one garage. Now what didn’t they know when they bought this place, that they had two cars or that the unit only had one garage?
And so the dance begins. One step forward. Two steps back. One step forward…….just when you think you are getting a handle on it, you have to go back to the beginning. If they had bothered to look on the street they would have seen the array of cars parked there. All from this complex. All from residents who had one garage but two or three cars, two garages but three or four cars, or want to use their garage for a workshop, laundry, children’s play area. And now we have the newbies. I can hear them now… but it is only us……no one was parked there…….it’s too far to walk………Heard it all before. Begin the beguine!
