    I have a relatively large L shaped courtyard as part of my townhouse lot. I would love to extend to utilise some of the courtyard as interior space. I am on the end ie this space is not adjacent to a strata neighbour nor is it used for common pipes or drainage etc. What are my chances of getting approval (and assuming this is greater than zero), next steps specifically relating to being on a strata title? (ie apart from the usual planning provisions that would apply etc). Appreciate any suggestions.
