Waterproofing the Shower – who pays?

As I understand it, unless it is the floor or a boundary wall, these repairs are at the owners cost? Correct

Still in NSW. We have a similar situation with one of our units.  

Does the above mix of responsibility apply to our Strata Plan registered in 1965?
