We have received a notice from a pest control company (not the Strata Managers) that they will be treating the common areas AND our units, of which there over 100.
They require access after 7am on a certain day and there is no entry to the treated areas until the pesticide had dried (20 -30 minutes).
I'm a renter but the same would apply to owners- what right does the body corporate have to require access to our units for this purpose?
I would think that if there were complaints about an individual unit, the there are appropriate avenues to follow this up. However mass pesticide spraying outside common areas seems beyond their power.
Anyone been through this?
