    We are a small block of 5 villas in NSW and our current Manager has advised that  they have removed the option for their record keeping complexes to hold their own meetings due to changes in the NSW Act since 2016. Our AGM must be conducted at their office or by phone hookup at extra expense.

    Stratabox doesn’t suit as we don’t want to do our own Accounts etc.  Does anyone know whether there are any other Strata Managers in Sydney who offer the services we want?
